Dan has been working as a health coach since 2009 after graduating from Southampton Solent University with a degree in Health and Fitness Management. The degree has qualified him as a level 3 personal trainer and has given him the foundations to become a top trainer. He began his career at LA Fitness in Southampton and has gone on to work in personal training studios in North London. Since 2019, he settled in at Studio 63 on Chetwynd Road in Dartmouth Park, where he has continued to work with his client base of more than 8 years. Forging amazing relationships with his clients, Dan has a keen focus on working with clients from special population backgrounds especially older clients. Dan’s current client base currently consists of people from all walks of life and the majority aged 60 plus including some into their 80’s. He gets great satisfaction from working with this demographic, making sure they can maintain their lifestyles for as long as possible and staving off conditions related with old age.
This said, Dan has also worked with people with sport specific goals including Rugby and Golf, of which he has studied further qualifications to further improve the quality of these programs. 2020 he will be continuing he's learning as the industry is ever changing. In the pipeline is further education of Golf, Nutrition and Senior Fitness qualifications through NASM.
